TAICO Students Leads the World

During the mid-Term break in October a group of nine pupils attended the Model United Nations Conference in Abuja. This was attended by 120 schools and around 2,000 pupil delegates who discussed and debated various issues including Globalization and Womens’ Rights.

 Two of our pupil delegates were elected for office for the 2007 Conference: Dolapo Ademokoya as President of the Model UN and Salaudeen Zainab as Secretary General. Congratulations to them for this high honour accorded them by the 2006 Conference.

Our School Choir sang at the Closing Dinner of the Conference, attended by many Ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Nigeria and other Guests. All of our pupils were fantastic ambassadors of the College – congratulations to all!
